Job Title: Knowledge Management Analyst
Location: Philadelphia, PA

Description: Fox Rothschild LLP, a law firm with 14 offices in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, New York, Florida, California and Nevada, has a position for a KM Analyst to support its expanding KM initiatives.  This staff member will be a part of the Knowledge Management team with responsibility for providing business analysis for the firm and technical support for KM systems and staff.

Key Responsibilities: The KM Analyst’s primary responsibility is to troubleshoot and maintain all KM related software and systems.  These include: West km, Westlaw.com and other critical research services.  This position will also include responding to attorney requests for information from KM systems and providing analysis from business intelligence sources in a timely manner.

As a member of the firm-wide KM team,  the KM Analyst will also provide training on KM applications for both attorneys and staff.

Qualifications: 

• BA/BS or related job experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent computer skills with exceptional proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel 
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple time sensitive and diverse projects
• Ability to excel in a fast paced environment under tight deadlines
• Self-motivated, detail oriented and organized with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Understanding of legal services a strong plus
• Experience with packaging data reports also a plus
• Experience with or exposure to networking/database concepts a plus
