Library: Research and
Internet Resources Manager
Sample Company LLP, a
multi-national law firm headquartered in Philadelphia, is seeking a
Research and Internet Resources Librarian to manage the research function of the law
library including firm-wide online resource training and the direction and
development of the research staff.
Responsibilities:
Requirements:
Master's Degree in Library or
Information Science from an ALA-accredited institution. 7+ years
experience in a law library preferred. Proficiency in use of online
services, such as Lexis, Westlaw, PACER, Dun & Bradstreet, LivEdgar,
CourtLink, and others. Ability to prioritize tasks and maintain a sense of
diplomacy in urgent situations. Business-minded, highly organized and
self-motivated. Must have strong customer service, communication and
problem-solving skills. Must be comfortable speaking to both small
and large groups.
