The Biddle Law Library at the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School seeks candidates for the newly created position of Deputy Director. Reporting to the Associate Dean for Biddle Law Library, the Deputy Director will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the library. They will oversee all library operations, services, and personnel. The Deputy Director collaborates with the Associate Dean on the development and implementation of the mission, goals, and broad policy directions for the law library and in providing operational leadership (e.g., strategic planning, administration, assessment, communication, and budget management). In partnership with the Associate Dean, this position will collaborate with other administrators and leaders across the law school, university, and consortia.
